Hydroaccumulators for systems of cold water supply.

Hydroaccumulators for cold water supply are intended for booster installations, for indemnification of hydrodynamic blows. Have the case made of a sheet steel and covered with enamel of blue color, divided by a replaceable membrane on two chambers: water and air.  In the air chamber is  pre-pumped the air. Contact  of water to metal surfaces of the case is impossible, as water arrives in the water chamber — a membrane which material, the natural rubber (not susceptible to influence of bacteria and satisfying with all hygienic and to the sanitary norms). From an air chamber in the case is located the pneumatic valve, intended for regulation of air pressure. Receipt and an exit from the  hydroaccumulator, water is carried out through a carving connecting branch pipe.

 Principle of operation

 Hydroaccumulators for water supply systems work as follows: after system installation and connection to the electric system,  the pump turns on and begins to pump water into a water chamber, thus volume of air which is in an air chamber, decreases for size of the arriving volume of water. At reduction of volume of air pressure increases in the hydroaccumulator. After pressure in the hydroaccumulator will exceed pressure of switching-off of the pump, established on the pressure switch, the pump is disconnected and is in the disconnected condition until system pressure won't fall as a result of water analysis (water thus arrives in a water analysis point directly from the hydroaccumulator) then the pump is switched on. Further the cycle repeats. The air pressure is constantly balanced by the pressure of water, so the membrane does not test dynamic stresses. Pressure in the hydroaccumulator can be supervised if  connect a manometer. On it there is also an adjustment of the  pressure switch on demanded working range.

 Hydroaccumulators for heating systems.

Hydroaccumulators of a series V and VT for heating systems are applied  in systems of heating and serve for indemnification of temperature expansion and pressure maintenance in the closed systems of heating. Have the case made of a sheet steel and covered with enamel of red color, divided by a replaceable membrane on two chambers: water and air. In an air chamber is  pre-pumped air. Contact of water to metal surfaces of the case is impossible, as water arrives in the water chamber — a membrane which material is special rubber (EPDM). From an air chamber in the case is located the pneumatic valve intended for regulation of air pressure.  Receipt and an exit from the hydroaccumulator, water is carried out through a carving connecting branch pipe.
 
Principle of operation
 
At system heating extending water gets to the water chamber, and in process of cooling is squeezed out back in system.
