Product characteristics

Soft starter of a series-ZJR1-Z possesses many advantages, including: decrease in consumption of an electric current, restriction of the starting moment, soft start and braking asynchronous electric motors. Use of the device of a series-ZJR1-Z improves starting characteristics of asynchronous electric motor, providing controllable, unaccented, soft start. It allows to exclude the mechanical blows which are at the bottom of premature deterioration, to reduce expenses for repair, to reduce equipment downtimes. Soft starter series-ZJR1-Z possesses following characteristics:

1. 16 functions of management displayed on the digital display;

2. Realization in practice of a mode soft start and management of few electric motors;

3. Six modes of start-up: the Current limiting mode, with smooth increase in pressure, push mode, push mode + soft increase voltage, push mode+current limiting mode, with smooth increase in a current, with the double closed contour at current and pressure restriction;

4. Free and soft of mode of end of work;

5. Protection against an overheat, against phase breakage on an input, from Over-current at start-up, from an overload and other measures of protection;

Scope

Soft starter series ZJR1 Z is applied to soft start electric motor in centrifuges, pump stations, fans and compressors, blast engines, amalgamators, mills, conveyors, inertial mechanisms and the other mechanical equipments.
